New pool decking installed...no slipping! Great room has comfortable leather furniture with new 65" TV. This non-smoking home will sleep 6 comfortably, with a blow-up mattress on site to sleep an additional 2 people. Primary bedroom comes complete with a king bed, vanity w/mirror & TV. A luxurious en suite which includes tub, shower, double sinks and huge walk in closet. The primary suite is located across the home from other guests or children. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms equally comfortable with queen beds, dressers and Smart TV's. The spacious 2nd & 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom including bathtub w/shower. Fully stocked kitchen and both a gas BBQ or charcoal BBQ for outdoor grilling. New comfortable outdoor furniture and umbrella's for relaxing/entertaining in the back yard.
